Teams Page
The Teams page in Jadawel allows you to view and manage all the teams in the system. From this page, you can add a new team, edit existing teams, and view the members of each team.
Adding a New Team:
- From the Teams page, click the “Add New Team” button.
- Enter the team name
- Add members to the team by selecting them from the list of users.
- Click “Create Team” to add the new team to the system.
Editing an Existing Team:
- From the Teams page, click on the “Edit” button located next to the team’s name in the list.
- This will take you to the team details page, where you can view information about the team and edit their details and permissions.
- To edit the team’s details, click on the “Edit” icon located in the top right corner of the page.
- Navigate to the “Spaces”, “Tables”, and “Columns” tabs to see the permissions the team has for each space, table, and column. You can edit these permissions by checking or unchecking the checkboxes.
- Add or remove members from the team from the members tab by checking or unchecking the checkboxes.
Delete a Team:
- Go to the Teams page in the app.
- Click on the name of the team you want to delete.
- On the team details page, click on the “Delete” button at the top right corner of the page.
- A confirmation message will appear asking if you’re sure you want to delete the team. Click “Confirm” to proceed with the deletion.
- The team will be deleted from the app, and all associated data and permissions will be removed.
Note: Deleting a team will not delete the users who were members of the team. You will need to remove them from the team manually if necessary.

With the ability to create, edit, and delete teams and manage their permissions, you can streamline collaboration and ensure that team members have access to the data they need.
