Jadawel AI Terms

These Jadawel AI Terms (”AI Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jadawel AI (the ”feature”) provided by Data Migration and Services LLC (”Rihal”) as part of your use of Jadawel (the ”Service”). These AI Terms form a legally binding part of the Agreement between you, Rihal, a limited liability company incorporated in the Sultanate of Oman under CR No. (1312527), having its registered address at PO Box 786, PC 116, Muscat, Oman, and should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1.1. ”Jadawel AI” refers to the features and functionalities powered by generative artificial intelligence models that are available to you through the Service when you subscribe to a plan that includes Jadawel AI.

1.2. By agreeing to and complying with these AI Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited right to access and use Jadawel AI in accordance with these AI Terms.

2.1.1. You may provide or make available prompts, data, text, or other input to the Service (“Input”) and receive data generated from the Service based on the Input (“Output”).

2.1.2. Input and Output are collectively ”Service Data.” You are responsible for your Service Data, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws, these AI Terms, Terms of Use, or any third-party rights. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Service.

2.1.3. You represent and warrant that you will comply with any applicable Third-Party AI Provider policies, which may change from time to time.

In addition to all restrictions listed in the Terms of Use, you agree not to:

2.2.1. Use the Feature in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone’s rights.

2.2.2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Jadawel AI or its related systems or networks.

2.2.3. Use the feature, including the Output, to build competing models, products, and services, including foundation models or other large language models.

2.2.4. Include any data constituting sensitive Personal Data, special categories of data, or similar terms defined under applicable data protection laws in Input or attempt to generate Output containing such data.

2.2.5. Support any third party’s attempt at any of the restrictions above.

You acknowledge that due to the nature of the Feature and artificial intelligence generally, output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar output to you from the Feature.

Given the nature of machine learning, use of the Feature may in some situations result in Output that is inaccurate. You should not rely on factual assertions in Output without independently fact-checking their accuracy. The Feature cannot dynamically retrieve information, and Output may not account for events or changes to underlying facts occurring after the relevant model was trained.

4.1. Rihal may use your Service Data to provide, maintain, develop, and improve the Service, comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms and policies, and keep the Service safe as set out in our Privacy Policy.

4.2. To the extent your Input contains Personal Data as defined under applicable laws, you consent to us and our sub-processors to process such Personal Data for the purposes of providing the Feature and the Output subject to our Privacy Policy.

4.3. By enabling the Feature, you consent to our use of the third-party AI providers as sub-processors providing applicable AI services.

5.1. Except as expressly stated in these AI Terms, these AI Terms do not grant you any rights or licenses to Jadawel’s or its licensors’ content or intellectual property by implication or otherwise.

6.1. Rihal reserves the right to modify or revise these AI Terms at any time in its sole discretion for a variety of reasons, including to reflect any changes to applicable laws, new regulatory requirements, or improvements and enhancements made to the Service.

6.2. Any such modifications shall take effect immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Service and shall apply and supersede any and all previous versions.

6.3. You are responsible for reviewing the modified AI Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to periodically review the revised AI Terms. By continuing to use the Service after the revised AI Terms come into effect, you agree to be bound by them.
